Have you heard of Weddingful? We are like the TripAdvisor of Weddings and we provide you with a comprehensive profile that allows you to showcase your wedding services. For those of you who are our members, thank you!

Do you have questions about your profile, reviews or packages? Here are a few suggestions that helped other vendors this month!

1. How do I sign up?

If you want to find couples to book you for their weddings, and you would like to broadcast your services on our wedding one stop shop, we are perfect for you!

Here’s how:

  1. Click here
  2. Fill out the details of your business, and click on “Create My Wedding Listing
  3. Once you have done that, you will be directed to a page which lets you add details and photos about your business.


2. I have reset my password but still need help logging in!

Sometimes browsers keep old information, so try cleaning it out first.

Try this:

  • Try clearing your browser history, and don’t forget to clear your cookies and cache.
  • Depending on the browser you are using, directions may vary. Check the box that says “cache” when you are clearing your history, and this will delete any saved passwords that you may have.

3. I want to build the star-ratings on my profile!

Behind every successful business, there are happy customers with great reviews about their experience. Ask previous clients, especially wedding related, for their reviews to get you star-ratings on Weddingful. Your ratings will show up on Google and stand out amongst other competitors. Their experiences will help other couples choose you as their wedding vendor.

Here’s 3 different ways to do this:

  • If your client found you on Weddingful, remind them to leave you a review after the wedding. They can simply log in with their existing information, find your profile page and leave you a review at the bottom of the page.
  • If your client is not on Weddingful, send them a link to your profile. They will be prompted to sign up to review you and can delete their account as soon as they post the review.
  • Finally, you may already have a lot of reviews from past clients. Email up to 10 of these to to get them on your profile. The customer does not need an account and will not be contacted.

4. I want to become a Weddingful member!

Our list is members-only, so you don’t compete with hundreds of vendors in your city who aren’t actively looking to get exposure. Our couples appreciate the shorter lists and they are able to fewer and better profiles. There are two kinds of memberships on Weddingful:

Our most comprehensive plan is the Elite Membership, which allows you to get all-inclusive, worry-free marketing! Elite members are able to post unlimited photos, videos and reviews to really show potential couples what their services are all about. On top of that, Weddingful markets your business on our homepage, monthly emails and Featured Vendor spot at the top of the category list once a month. With Elite our membership, you can reach thousands of local couples!

The second option is the Standard Membership, designed for vendors who are already pretty fully booked and who only want limited exposure to fill the last dates available on their calendar. Standard members rotate under the Elite members and don’t get any extra exposure besides having a full profile on the category that they want. No email blasts, no chance of getting on the top spot  but they still show on the category list.

5. I’m fully booked and need to pause my membership.

We understand that sometimes you don’t need more weddings, so depending on the type of membership you have joined, here are some ways pause your membership until you are ready to restart it.

This may help:

  • Log in to your account, and click on the “Memberships” tab.
  • If you joined our membership and are being billed on a  month to month basis, you can simply click “stop membership” and it will end your membership and no future charges will be made. Unfortunately, no refunds on previous charges can be processed.
  • If you pre-paid for our membership for multiple months, you may stop your membership after the period you have paid for but unfortunately, we are not able to stop it in the middle of your term.

6. What is a package? Why do I want that on my profile?

Weddingful is known for providing great research information to our couples. Our couples really love seeing everything that you offer so they can compare you to other vendors and make sure you are a perfect fit for them. Providing prices and your available packages allows potential couples to delve deeper into your services.

7. I want to subscribe to emails!

Do you want to know about every single message you have received from couples that try to get in touch with you? Do you want to hear about the amazing deals and promotions that we have to offer? Do you want to hear our best tips that will be sure to help market your wedding business? If you do not want to miss out on these, subscribe to our emails! Weddingful also lets you choose the kinds of emails that you would like us to send you.

Try this:

  1. Log in to your account, and click on the “accounts” tab.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page, until you see “What types of emails would you like to receive?
  3. Check all the boxes that appeal to you. See the photo below for additional help.


8. I want to unsubscribe to emails!

Have too many emails to go through every morning? Not to worry! Only keep the emails that are of value to you.

Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account, and click on the “accounts” tab.
  • Scroll to the very bottom of the page, until you see “What types of emails would you like to receive?
  • Uncheck all of the boxes but make sure you keep the “transactional” emails checked so we are able to notify you when a couple sends you a message. See the photo below for additional help.
