The question we are constantly asked is – is there a better way? Every couple preparing for their ideal wedding is doing the same searches, so why is it so hard to find the information you need? Your engagement should be a time of pure enjoyment and simple happiness, planned in weeks, not months or years.

- Prices and clear details of what the prices include in a comparable platform
- One-click messages to reach businesses for simple communication

Common Questions & Answers For Couples & VENDORS:
1. How will the new packages work?
We’ve simplified our packages, making them easy to compare. Price will be highlighted while any add-on options, payment details, deposit amounts will be listed under “What it Includes”. There will also be a clear and detailed fine print.
2. How do I arrange to book after this change?
We understand that weddings are unique, and couples will have specific needs to address, so you will now message the vendor to arrange your booking, making customization much easier.
Like a package? We’ve made it easier to arrange bookings through direct messages (under the price) from couples to vendors.
Instead of a purchase confirmation, you will now be messaging one another so you will get a message notification from Weddingful instead. Be sure to save “firstname.lastname@example.org” in your safe addresses so you don’t miss it in the junk-mail folder.
3. Can I still see my previous history?
Absolutely! We are just removing the online transaction portion after April but any previous purchases, sales or payment details will still be shown and valid in your account.
4. What if I made purchases/sales before the change?
All previous purchases are 100% honored and valid. If you have already checked-in a voucher and been in contact with the couple or vendors, the booking is 100% honored.
Haven’t checked in the code? Then you can still contact the vendor or couple with the code and check it in when confirmed. This process for all previous sales will operate in the same way as before. Deposits and payments are released to the vendor after code is checked in and all payments are fully supported.
5. What if I still have Weddingful Dollars or credits?
You can login and purchase anything using Weddingful Dollars until April 1st. The dollars will be deducted and used automatically.
6. If I have packages right now, what changes or edits do I have to make?
Please update active packages you’d like to keep by moving any additional options or add-ons to the ‘What it Includes” section. If you have no options, no changes are required.
7. What other new features are there?
You will notice a fresh coat of paint on April 1st with a new look. On that day, you will see concise package pages, replacing online transactions with an one-click message to connect couples to you.
You will also notice photos from elite vendors being featured on our homepage and a list of elite vendors being suggested on multiple pages.
As a company with a mission to make wedding research complete and planning process simpler, we will continually have new improvements over the next few months with smarter filters and search so you will show up for the perfect couples that uniquely fit your style and service.
We will have a simpler way for you to update your profile that really communicates who you are and the wedding experience you can create for couples.
